Research

The objective of this institute is the production of Veterinary Biologics (Veterinary Vaccines, Antigens and Seras) of international standards. The institute investigates and discover the solutions of different problems regarding livestock and poultry sector.

Research projects are prepared focusing the current disease problems prevailing in the country. The research programs are approved after thorough discussion in technical staff meetings. These projects are monitored and assessed periodically in review meetings. The findings of these research studies help to update different techniques regarding the production of various biologics that ultimately contribute in the improvement of livestock and poultry sector. Post-graduate students from different universities are also facilitated and supervised regarding their research studies.
